Terms and Conditions will vary from job to job, agreed upon between Garage 580 LLC and the customer, if no written or documented agreement is available this section will act as a contract between Garage 580 LLC and customers.

Lifetime guarantee (warranty) on all Custom Paint, normal wear and tear, user error, mishandling, improper maintenance, vandalism, etc. will not be covered by this warranty
Investigation of warranty, & application of warranty to be determined by Garage 580 LLC
Withdrawal and cancellation of services may be utilized at any time for any reason by Garage 580 LLC
Special instructions are to be clearly outlined by customer
Deposits are non-refundable
Any use of Garage 580 LLC products is prohibited from resale, rebranding, or
unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. will not be tolerated
Garage 580 LLC has the right to Disable user accounts if rules are not followed.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns on custom painted or custom-made items.

Terms of return on eligible items will vary
Cases of damaged packaging upon arrival, late shipping, lost shipments, will be handled through the appropriate channels and documented
item must be returned to seller in the same condition as when shipped
Shipping return cost to be covered by customer
refunds will only be submitted upon receipt of undamaged, inspected item/items
a restocking fee may apply on certain items; any deposits collected on custom orders (if a return is accepted) will be forfeit
